1/3 cup Hemp Flour
1/3 cup unbleached flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup buttermilk (or unsweetened non-dairy milk with 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice or apple cider vinegar).
1/4 cup grated apple
1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon hemp seed (hearts)

- Whisk together all ingredients.
- Ladle into a a lightly oiled hot pan, frying one at a time.
- Flip once.
- When properly cooked will be golden brown.
