Every Sunday morning I make Hemp Pancakes. 1 cup wholemeal self raising flour, 3/4 cup hemp flour, 6 tablespoons apple puree (in place of egg), 1 cup buttermilk (or almond milk), and spoonful of hemp oil. Then lashings of real honey (from a beekeeper) or fruit for vegan pancake topping.
Being on keto I'm always on the lookout for good low-carb/high-protein flour so I bought a pack of this to try. Just made EPIC keto pancakes with 1/4 hemp flour, 1/4 aussie grown lupin flour, 1/4 coconut flour and 1/4 collagen protein powder...great light texture and SOOOO yummy! We ate them as fast as they cooked. Will certainly be buying this flour again.

Living with a family of vegetarians, people on keto diet and myself a regular omnivore :D it gets kinda tricky, but having the additional use of these crushed hemp seeds provides a good alternative for the other "wheat replacements"
