So far so good I have been using hemp oil for joint pain relief rubbing in to joint as well taking. 10mm per day shake as well ive had some relief still early days

This, like any new flour takes a bit of experimenting in terms of quantities when using it for baking, but I'm making progress. Has a really nice flavour. Very impressed.

Wonderful news Steph! It does take a while to get used to but once you master it there is no going back :)

amazing for baking

i made a number of muffins and biscuts both of which turned out amazing! i also made some hemp bread which is honestly the best bread i’ve ever had, it was a rye type bread recipe but with the hemp flour it came out really dense which was perfect. will keep going but very happy with the product.

How to use
