200g pitted medjool dates

200g cashews

2 tablespoons Hemp Protein Powder

1 teaspoon ground ginger

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  1. Blend ingredients together and place mixture into a bowl.
  2. Roll mixture into balls of desired size and place in the fridge or freezer until set. It's that simple!
